Terms of Service
Last updated: August 10, 2026
By using TempMailix, our temporary email and disposable inbox service, you're agreeing to the terms below. We've kept them as straightforward as possible, but please take a moment to read through, since using the service means you accept them.
Using the Service
TempMailix gives you a disposable email address you can use to receive messages without exposing your real inbox. It's meant for short-term, casual use, things like signing up for a trial, testing a form, or avoiding spam, not as a permanent or primary email solution.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our temporary email addresses for anything illegal, fraudulent, or harmful. That includes, but isn't limited to, spamming, harassment, bypassing security systems, impersonating someone else, or registering for services in bad faith. We reserve the right to block, restrict, or terminate access for anyone found misusing the service.
No Guarantee of Service
We work to keep things running reliably, but we don't guarantee constant uptime, instant delivery, or that any inbox or message will remain available for any specific length of time. Addresses and their contents may be deleted automatically, without notice, as part of normal operation.
Not for Sensitive Use
Please don't rely on a temporary address for anything important or sensitive, banking, government accounts, password recovery for accounts you care about, or anything tied to your real identity. Since temp inboxes can be public or shared, we can't promise the privacy that a personal, permanent email account would give you.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for any loss, damage, missed communication, or account issue that results from using, or being unable to use, our temporary email service. Use it at your own discretion and risk.
Third-Party Websites
If you use a temporary address to sign up on another website, that site's own terms and privacy practices apply to your use of it. We have no control over, and no responsibility for, how third parties handle your information once you've registered with them.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time as the service evolves. When we do, we'll revise this page and update the date at the top, so it's easy to see what's changed.
Questions?
If anything in these terms is unclear, or you'd like to know more about how the service works, reach out through our contact page and we'll be happy to help.
